Let me help you through the entire process of buying a home. Let’s follow these easy 7 steps:

Step #1: The first step toward buying a new house is to get Pre-approved for a Loan. As your agent I can help you get you several financial options for you to choose from.
Step #2: Once getting the pre-approval I will help you determine your ‘Price Range’ and Area(s) in which you're Interested. This helps you narrow down your home search. During this step I can also help you define which amenities and feature YOU MUST HAVE and which ones would be nice but not necessary.
Step #3: Let’s plan a Road trip. Once we come up with a define list of what you need, my homework will be to test the market and pull a list of home to see. During the tour you we will analyze:
     1) Does the floor plan work for you?
     2) Is the property in good condition?
     3) Would it be right for your lifestyle?
     4) In short, can you imagine yourself and your family living there?
Step#4: Make an offer. Let me help you write an offer depending market values. I will help you arrive at a price that gives your offer the best chance of being accepted.
Step#5: Once the offer is accepted. I will instruct you to do the necessary paperwork, help you with the inspections and appraisal to complete the closing.
Step#6: CLOSING TIME. During this last step I will make sure the terms and conditions of the contract are correct per agreement.
