Thinking of selling your home? Here’s a quick guide of what we need to get your home listed for sale:
Step #1: Let’s set up an appointment so I can help you explain how I can promote, negotiate and obtain the best price for your home. I can also recommend repairs or cosmetic work that will significantly enhance the salability of the property.

Step #2: Let’s define how we are going to market your property. My goal is to expose your property to other real estate agents and the public. I will act as the marketing coordinator, disbursing information about your property to other real estate agents through a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or other cooperative marketing networks, open houses for agents, etc. The REALTOR® Code of Ethics requires REALTORS® to utilize these cooperative relationships when they benefit their clients.

Today, 94% of buyers conduct their own online home search. To ensure your home is noticed by the largest number of potential buyers, we use innovative internet marketing techniques to push your listing to popular real estate sites across the web like Trulia, youtube, zillow, REALTOR®.com, Facebook and twitter.

Step #3: Negotiate; I can help you objectively evaluate every buyer's proposal without compromising your marketing position.

Step #4: Monitoring, renegotiating and closing. Between the initial sales agreement and closing (or settlement), questions may arise. For example, unexpected repairs are required to obtain financing or when issues with title if discovered. The required paperwork alone is overwhelming for most sellers. I will objectively help you resolve these issues and move the transaction to closing (or settlement).

Are you wondering what your home is worth? Fill out this simple form and I will prepare a detailed comparative market analysis and deliver it to you via email within 48 hours. No strings attached - we're just looking for an opportunity to serve you, and hopefully earn your business!
